BAC Mapping Data

• Our BAC mapping data are based on the hybridization of BAC (RPCI-23 Segment II) to the Mit marker and gene marker probes.
• The chromosomal location of markers are derived from genetic linkage map based on the data from the Mouse Genome Database.
• Links to Chr11 BAC sequence will be provided as Genbank link if available from BCM Human Genome Sequencing Center.
• BAC fingerprint map of the mouse genome can be obtained by a link to the Genome Sequence Centre, Vancouver.
